Agricultural Revolution by Production Function

Ranjit Kumar Sau Indian agriculture by now is well-endowed with the estimates of Cobb-Douglas production function. But no one knows as yet whether increasing, decreasing or constant returns to scale prevail in this sector. Rather 'disturbing is the intertemporal instability of production function for the same farms.
