Internal Audit Function and Role of Accounting Education

of Accounting Education Mousumi Ghosh This paper argues that the quality of accounting education and training imparted to the accounts professionals has a direct bearing on the quality of internal audit. The paper also tries to capture the perception of internal audit function in general and that of the internal auditor in particular by persons who have been subjected to one or more phases of audit.
