Multiple Choice Questions and the Making of the National Curriculum Framework

While a consensus can be produced through responses to questionnaires, its validity and relevance may be doubtful.

Last month, I, and I am sure several others, received a questionnaire from the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT 2022), titled “Digital Survey for National Curriculum (DiSaNC).” It consisted of a set of questions, available in 23 languages, with a possible provision for grouping the data in terms of states and union territories. The covering note says:

This survey is collecting suggestions and feedback from public at large to obtain inputs for formulation of the National Curriculum Frameworks.
