Discretionary Powers of the Indian President

Presidential Discretion by Debtoru Chatterjee, New Delhi: Oxford University Press, 2016; xxv + 313, 995.

The answer to this and other questions pertaining to the Indian President can be understood when one reads Presidential Discretion by Debtoru Chatterjee.
