Who's Spiking the UN Now?

Despite excoriating the US for going to war without the Security Council's blessing, it is the reluctance of France, Germany and Russia to commit money, troops and political capital to Iraq after the war that is a far greater threat to the credibility of the UN, and that of multilateralism generally.
