Operation Flood and Nutrition TUSHAAR SHAH has reviewed the book by Martin Doornbos et al (EPW, August 25) from a markedly pro-Operation Flood perspective. Given the sometimes negative and illogical arguments against the project, this stance is perhaps understandable as a reaction* Shah's concluding remarks on international trade in dairying are also perhaps relevant.
