WHATEVER the other fall-outs of Rajiv Gandhi's recent visit abroad, it has provided the government with sufficient material for refocusing attention on the long-standing threat of the Pakistani bomb, and India's 'nuclear option'. While the arguments are not new, their tone is far more urgent than in recent times.
