B B IN th face of a mounting public outcry, the government has finally ordered a review of the technology transfer agreement for the proposed National Silicon Facility (NSF). la mid-1983, the Department of Electronics (DOE) has entered into negotiations with Hemlock Semiconductors Inc of Hemlock, Michigan, for setting up a 200 tonnes per annum NSF in India.
