ANDHRA PRADESH-Telugu Desam Budget

ANDHRA PRADESH Telugu Desam Budget Sanjaya Buru THE Telugu Desam goverment in Andhra Pradesh has decided to postpone administration of a bitter dosage of taxation and has therefore gone in for a vote-on-Account (Interim) Budget which only gives us an indication of the state of affairs without as yet letting us know how Rama Rao prpposes to deal with it. The Finance Minister has sought a Vote-on-Account not only because he has had no time for the preparation of a full Budget but also to secure breathing time from an increasingly restive electorate which is already sore about several administrative changes made by the Telugu Desam government and which will not take kindly to a heavy doss of taxation.
