SOUTH Kerala's Misery THE United Front in Kerala has not been able to settle its difference. The stalemate continues. Much that could be done remains unattended to. Nobody seems to have time to work out imaginative policies or even to take minor but politically significant decisions as, for example, the West Bengal Government did in connection with the victory of Giri or the death of Ho Chi Minh. Such declatory acts express a political will and increase radical awareness. They are easy to embark upon provided the leadership has the energy left to think.
