Agricultural Innovations: Leaders and Laggards N S Shetty This paper analyses the time pattern of adoption of innovations in agriculture and examines the factors which help or hinder their acceptance. The study is based on an investigation of 270 rice farmers in two villages of South Kanara district of Mysore.
