The company is negotiating with I F C for a further rupee loan to meet the additional cost of expansion. The company's existing oxygen and acetylene units are working satisfactorily. The company has received the Government's permission to set up an oxygen and acetylene plant at Naini. It has also received a letter of intent for substantial expansion of its file plant. It has started exporting files in South-East Asia.
