The head clerk had this particular teacher beaten by goondas upon which the teacher sought the help of the SFI The SFl submitted a memorandum to DIG of Police, demanding arrest of the head clerk and threatening a 'dharna'. The head clerk was thereupon transferred before the deadline set by the SFI.
