very surprising since some studies point to the people of Kerala being amongst the most malnourished in India. At another level such an analysis would point to the lack of availability of sufficient food to the people all over India, inspite of all the efforts made by the governments to eradicate poverty. It leads one to reflect on the lopsidedness of the policies being followed, and the reasons for their failure.
