into a supplementary agreement with Adarsh Agri Aids whereby it was allowed higher rates of discount, ranging from Rs 11 per tonne upto 35,000 tonnes to Rs 16 per tonne on more than 38,000 tonnes. The company also agreed to bear 50 per cent of the expenses on publicity in order to give "suitable incentive". Four directors of the company are partners of the selling agency. The present term of the managing agents, Agrichem Engineers, in which three directors are partners or relatives of some of the partners, expires at the end of 1969. It is proposed to renew their term for a further period of 10 years. During the year to August 1968, the company expanded production as it had no difficulty in getting raw materials.
