Team Work Before I close, I should like to request you to join me in complimenting the management team of the company, who have been operating under very strenuous conditions indeed, with a courage and conviction of which we must be proud. I should also like you to join me in complimenting our work-force who in my view are basically sound and good, but have been under compulsive pressure for acting in the way that they do at times. While this occasion does not call for recital of our blessings and assets, we do have no greater asset than the willingness of a free and determined people, who face all problems frankly, and meet all challenges free from panic or fear.
