Migration Flows in Punjabs- Green Revolution Belt

Green Revolution Belt A S Oberai H K Manmohan Singh This paper presents some results of a field survey of migrants into and out of the rural areas of Ludhiana district of Punjab which is the heart of the green revolution belt in northern India. Three streams of migrants are studied: out-migrants, in-migrants and return-migrants.
